Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for supporting the region leader in pacing, driving keyfinancial metrics and reporting for the Installation, Units and Opex etc. P&L for TPS, China. Intermediatelevel professional positions requiring subject matter knowledge and experience,more independence in problem solving and decision making.

Essential Responsibilities

- This role has directresponsibility for the pacing, and reporting of financials.

- Responsible for closingactivities of all the related ledgers, including timely reporting andcompletion of account recs.

- Strong partnership with theChina leader to drive strategy in order to meet the key KPI (Orders,Convertibility, Cash, Sales, CM, Base Cost).

- Own revenue recognitioncriteria, requiring close coordination & working with key stakeholders toensure accuracy and efficiency of revenue forecasting & reporting,including providing analysis.

- Collaborate with operation& Global Operation Finance team on payment & billing processes /requirements, reporting needs.

- He/ She will also support toprovide the visibility of overall TPS China base cost.

- Support in audits (Statutory,internal audits, tax audits, etc.).

- Partner with controllers todrive process simplification, process standardization, supporting.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accountingor Finance.

- At least 6 years of experiencein a financial position Desired Characteristics

- FMP graduate preferred (GE employeeonly).

- Positive attitude &‘can-do’ approach; proactive and ability to problem solve effectively with apositive mindset.

- Adaptable/ Flexible: being opento changes in response to new information, different or unexpected, and/or towork in ambiguous situations.

- Integrity: accepting &adhering to high moral, ethical and personal values in decisions,communication, actions & when dealing with others.

- Able to anticipate, identify,and resolve complex financial and process issues

- Demonstrated ability to clearlycommunicate complex issues across a broad audience

- Demonstrated interpersonal andteam leadership skills - Solid accounting knowledge, good understanding ofprocesses, systems and ERP functionality (Oracle & SAP).

- Prior experience (preferred) inChina finance environment, for example statutory reporting etc.
