SUMMARY OF PURPOSE/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

岗位目标/主要职责概述

 

The Medical Excellenceworks is responsible for China Medical Governance and Medical Operation work,implementation of medical governance guiding principles are aligned with SanofiGlobal, Sanofi Pasteur Global and Local standards and processes. Covering MedicalPrograms, Med website, etc. Ensure regional medical operation within highquality and tracking system.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibleto China Medical Governance Officer for standardizing speaker and eventmanagement process, performing medical compliance functions training, reportingand feedback regarding findings at affairs above.

 

1.    Review, validate, and archiveall speakers according to the SOP to make sure each speaker’s engagement and upgradecomplied with related provisions.

2.    Monthly review the engagementof speaker to find the deviation of speaker and event management and maketimely reaction.

3.    Reconcile the speaker databaseamong MDM, Optimus and SAP systems to make data consistent and up-to-date.

4.    Review and approve all ofscientific events in Optimus system, keep records and synchronistic filing.

5.    Ensures that all main medicalactivities are well implemented and followed.

6.    Perform training of speakerand event management SOPs to internal stakeholders to promote a qualityculture.

7.    Support MGO to adapt thetraining matrix according to the medical staff’s role and specificity of thecountry.

8.    Provide interpretation ofrecommended procedure for compliance to internal stakeholders.

9.    Each medical governancespecialist must be trained on the tool and understand its functionality and useand be able to assist the site to problem solve or make decisions on bestutilization of the tool.

10.  Coordinates, at the countrylevel, the implementation of the new Medical tools and ensures that key medicaltools are properly implemented and used.

11.  Develop and maintain cordialrelationships with clients and project team members. Act as a link with allstakeholders including both internal and external parties to make sure allparties know the status of a project appropriately and timely.

12.  Deal with problems that mayarise within the project team or issues with the clients. Problem solving inall aspects related to the project.

13.  Maintain the database and keepit up to date, regularly report to management on current status and updates.

14.  Responsible for Med websiterenewing, training and tracking.

15.  Contribute to related Projectdevelopment

·          Minimum 2 year related workingexperience, referable pharmaceutical industry with Medical Informationexperience.
