职位描述

?Lead office and general administrative duties
?Lead purchasing for offsite locations - online researching and sourcing vendors
?Collaborate with HR for company events and create annual General Affairs Plan
?Act as a point-of-contact between employees/service providers/landlords/agents
?Lead monitoring, tracking, and troubleshooting of assigned systems to ensure facility is safe, secure, and well-
  maintained
?Manage and handle overall inquiries and issues of expatriates in Genesis China
?Develop plan for employee benefits and monitor its execution on a regular basis
?Create reports for safety incidents, security incident, facility inspection , purchasing and vehicle inspection
?Control administration cost and manage monthly reports on related expenses
?Coordinate departmental meetings, compilation and distribution of the agenda, documenting decisions, writing and
  circulating minutes, and etc.
?Support the enforcement of company policy in terms of procedures including travel, expense claims, personnel 
  changes and appointments, loan cars etc. 
?Improve current administration procedure and policies, and ensure its compliance and optimization
?Manage corporate car and office security
?Control administration costs and create report on administration related expenses on a monthly basis
?Regularly review work performance of receptionist, company chauffeur and other administration team members, and 
  improve quality of work
?Manage comprehensive record and good filing for company cars in terms related documents, licenses, usage, repair 
  and maintenance costs
?Set up regular contacts with office building property dept., in order to be updated on the latest news in terms of 
  facilities, security measures, environments etc. 
?Coordinate with other departments, agencies on office moving, construction, renovation
?Perform other occasional tasks/duties related to the job
