Job responsibilities:
Finance Support to 2 Clusters (10+ Plants)
Play active role of window contact person between Region and Clusters
Closely monitor and challenge the financial performance of the Clusters
Involves in discussion on all finance topics of the Clusters, including HFM, AOC & Productivity, Actual vs. standard, Start products TP&CSC campaign, IDB
Provide the solution to the special case of the Clusters
Validate transfer project savings
Costing management support: includes star report quality check and communication, actual vs. standard quality check, and TP/CSC campaign support and quality check
Monthly reporting and BR preparation and analysis
Plant support when it faces resources shortage (case by case)
Organize and deliver finance training to cluster finance team
Exchange with finance team (central + cluster + platform) in more proactive way and take lead in sharing the best practices within finance team
Support the transformation of GSC China FP&A and Costing platform
Lead or participate in the project of FP&A and costing platform, to improve the platform efficiency and standardization.

Professional Experience:
1. >8 years total working experience on manufacturing finance area of international company
2. >2 years finance analysis experience on budget preparation and cost control
Education background:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
2. MBA or CPA certificate a plus
Others:
Language: Good English in Oral and Writing
Computer: Well in office software (word, excel, PPT)
Other Tools: SAP, HFM, Essbase and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc)
