工作职责:

1. Reporting, Budget/forecast, Strategic plan

1） 负责直营中心月度管理报告及分析，包括并不仅限于财务数据

Monthly corporate site management report and analysis

2） 负责月度直营总部费用分析

Monthly corporate site head quarter expense analysis

3） 负责季度预测及年度预算编制和统筹协调工作确保按时递交

Quarterly forecast /annual budget preparation and coordination

4） 支持到直营业务中长期战略计划制定

Support corporate site business middle term strategy planning

2.Operation & Business Support

1）.所有付款审核确保无不符合预算和政策的情况

Verify and approve payment process to ensure internal control compliance and follow with budget

2） 持续发现运营中流程中出现问题，并及时提出并在得到相关部门协助下进行整改工作

Identity issues in operation process and lead changing till satisfactory

3） 支持直营中心重大决定财务测算和模拟

Support corporate site significant business decision from financial view

4） 给非财务人员财务培训及培训材料编制及更新

Deliver financial training to non-finance staff, prepare and upgrade training material

5） 有关直营业务及不仅限于重要项目中的财务支持

Adhoc project support not limit to corporate site

任职资格:

1. 10 years+ experience, prefer big 4 + in house FPA or FMCG commercial BP role

2. Strong analytical skill/modeling and data process capability, data warehouse or planning system implementation experience plus

3. Open mind and curious for business

4. Business acumen, hardworking under pressure, drive for result, hands-on

5. Strong ownership and problem solving ability

6. Team work and strong communication skill
