Mission & Main Tasks

Junior Product Planning Specialist is responsible for conducting consumer research & survey, performing analysis on the market, price, customer, competitors, industry trends, and surpport developing longterm plan of the Genesis product portfolio in China

Roles & Responsibility

Support developing the long term plann of the Genesis product portfolio in China

Support suggestion of 5 years Business Plan Volume (models/PT, etc)

Analyze and forecast the market, price, customer, industry trends, etc.

Conduct thorough research on target consumers and their needs/demands

Provide detailed product definition, and set the priority for contents of the development

Develop specification sheets and oversee audits for brochures, online specification information and sales materials

Effectively set product target associated with Chinese market trend/demand to reach the optimal level

Perform other occasional tasks/duties related to the job

Job Requirements

Background - Education / Working Experience

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (Business Administration or Automotive Engineering is a plus)

Total 3~5 years of experience in product planning

Professional Skills - Knowledge & Skills & Others (Certification etc.)

Strong interest and understanding in automotive industry

Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills

Must be capable of multi-tasking, setting priorities and scheduling work activities

Exceptional organizational skills and an extraordinary attention to details

Language Skills

Native Chinese and Fluent English

Proficiency in Korean is desired but not required
