A) Main Responsibilities

1.       Supportthe performance & governance manager in the roll-out of the CHC Chinaperformance dashboards

？  Be the contact window of consolidating all key performance data likeSISO, S&OP, ROI, MS and ensure alignment with CR999, cross-border partnersand platforms

？ Update on a monthly basisdomestic and CBEC reports

？ Consolidate all reports andcomments from different stakeholders to present the final performance reportson a monthly basis

？ Perform ad-hoc analysis requestsupon business requests for both domestic & cross-border businesses

2.             Supportthe performance & governance manager in the analysis necessary for bothdomestic & Cross-border businesses’ NPDs

 

？ Liaise with the relevantstakeholders to gain data access for specific NPD cases

？ Perform asset valuation as perestablished guidelines

？ Refine our asset valuationprocesses in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders

 

3.       Supportthe business operations through overall performance process improvement

 

？  Be the first voice to warn business & marketingteams after performing data analysis

？  Support the commercial team on  identifying solutions to address businesschallenges and follow up on implementation with CR999

？  Support Sanofi commercial teams and CR999 on annual business plan bysetting up new KPIS

？  Support the implementation of the growth Model by performing relevantdata analysis

？ Refine our reporting ways incollaboration with the relevant stakeholders

？ Propose new ways of analyzing& visualizing the data

？ Participate to segmentation projects in partnershipwith Sanofi CHC commercial teams and Sanofi BEX team
