Document and distribute minutes forvarious meetings and committees inline

with organizational expectations andrequirements.

Coordinate meetings, events and visitorsto Assurant and arrange travels as

requested in an accurate and timely manner.

Effectively manage travel for CountryLeaders, including booking flight,

hotel reservations and transportationarrangements to secure safe and sound travels.

Office admin support, includingmaintenance of office supplies, payments to suppliers, maintenance of office equipmentand facilities, cleaner management and etc.

Monitor and manage tasks delegated by theCountry Manager and provide feedback as to their progress in a timelymanner.

Deal with high level, urgent andconfidential issues, maintaining the highest level of confidently at all time.

Establish effective working relationshipsto ensure a high standard of customer service with internal and externalstakeholders is achieved thejobs assigned by the Country Manager.

行政相关大学本科专业

1+ years Executive Assistant orequivalent experience

1 年以上助理相关的工作经验

 High level of English written and verbalcommunication skills

良好的英文书面及口头沟通技能

 Strong communication skills

良好的协调力

 Capability to handle multi-tasks at onetime

同时处理多项任务的能力

 Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word,Excel and PowerPoint
