Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :

1. Contributor on business excellence analysis and data processing

参与业务优化分析，执行数据处理

1. Integrated and sanitize multi-source data to do regular update of dashboard, distributor reports, etc.汇总并清理数据，定期更新业务仪表盘，经销商报告等
2. Build simple tools / templates to collect data/information and consolidate them to do multi-dimensional summary 搭建简单的工具/模板用于数据/信息收集，并整合进行多维度的汇总分析
3. Under the guidance of Sr. sales excellence manager, co-work with other teams in SFE to provide supports on regular review exercise and ad-hoc analysis request在资深业务优化经理的指导下，与SFE的其他团队合作，为定期与即时性业务分析回顾提供支持

2. Information collection, summary & analysis on some modules of distributor management projects and other new business model exploration projects经销商管理项目及其他新业务模式探索项目中信息收集综合与分析

1. Support Sr. Sales Excellence Manager to manage cross function /team communication and status update / follow up on distributor management and other projects协助销售业务优化资深经理就经销商管理及其他项目进行跨部门/团队沟通及进度更新及行动跟进

b) Co-work with Sales Excellence Supervisor on the documentation management of distributor related projects与业务优化主管协作，进行经销商有关项目的文档管理

c) Co-work with the team to develop the SoPs for distributor management / other projects, manager the process, conduct the KPI assessment and timely track the status of execution

与团队一起制定经销商管理及其他项目的SoP, 进行过程管理，KPI执行情况评估，及及时跟进执行进度

3. Coordinator with sales teams and other functions /teams on information communication / collection and other internal collaboration与销售团队及其他部门就信息收集/沟通及其他内部合作的协调人人

1. Develop effective communication with relevant stakeholders and co-work with team members on coordination of cross-team/dept. collaboration与相关部门/团队建立有效沟通，配合团队进行跨部门/跨团队的合作协调

b) Under the guidance of Sr. Sales Excellence manager, support sales teams on the navigation of SFE developed tools/ templates and report /policy interpretation在资深业务优化经理的指导下，辅助销售使用SFE开发的工具/模板及报告/政策的解读

c) Per the requests from Sr. Sales Excellence Manager, collect and integrate certain information /data from sales team and other functions /teams 根据资深业务优化经理的指示，从销售团队及其他团队收集并整合相应的信息/数据

4. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

主管指派的其他任务

5. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

遵循罗氏所有合规要求，包括但不限于罗氏信息安全，罗氏商业中的行为，罗氏竞争法互动对话，罗氏安全健康环境等，合法合理开展业务活动

6. Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

了解并执行直线经理的SHE职责（详见SHE手册相关定义）

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:

Education & Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:

1. Bachelor degree in science, engineer or management major科学, 工程或管理专业本科学位

Experience工作经验:

1.2+ years working experience. Working experience in Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device industry or FMCG is a plus

2年以上工作经验。有在诊断，制药，医疗器械行业或快消行业的工作经验优先
