ob Summary职位概述:

Responsible for providing routine support to the business from a commercial operation optimization perspective.

负责商务运营优化的日常工作以有效支持业务发展需求

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :

1. Open order analysis & follow up with different department (supply chain, sales, finance, CC…) for revenue recognition . Ensure transparent，accurate & healthy for management decision.
2. 现销售收入订单的分析和跟进各业务部门以实现销售收入。确保未实现销售收入订单的透明度，准确性和健康度以支持管理层决定。
3. Set up demand forecast rules for distributor, ensure goods supply
4. 销商设立需求预测的基本原则确保货物供应
5. Instrument order end to end process & system(SAP) management (distributor, sales, supply chain , CC, finance)
6. 订单端对端的管理（包括流程层面和SAP系统层面）, 协调经销商，销售，供应链，客户关爱和财务等各个部门以加速实现仪器的销售收入。
7. Distributor Reagent Consumption Data & Distributor Inventory related Sr. management view analysis.
8. 商销量及库存数据的管理层报告分析
9. Collection user requirement for the MDB（SAP source）report improvement from all BA, work with IT to optimize MDB report in time.
10. 各业务部门管理层报告(SAP 数据源)的相关需求，与IT部门合作及时优化管理层报告
11. Administrator of google sheet of instrument status report , co-ordinate with different department, make improvement of google sheet
12. 状态谷歌表格的管理员，协调各部门需求，持续改进表格。
13. Support Commercial Operation Director（Order management squad leader） to fine tune current process quickly and solve problems to support business growth
14. 运营优化总监（订单管理飞虎队长）迅速优化现有流程, 解决问题以支持业务发发展。
15. Conducts business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition
16. 商业行为准则，合法合理开展业务活动
17. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
18. 指派的其他任务
19. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
20. 罗氏所有合规要求，包括但不限于罗氏信息安全，罗氏商业中的行为，罗氏竞争法互动对话，罗氏安全健康环境等，合法合理开展业务活动
21. Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:

Education & Qualifications教育背景和职能要求:

1. Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or Finance related

商务管理/财务相关专业本科学历

2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English

英语说写能力极佳

3. Good command of MS office software application

擅长与微软办公室软件应用

4. SAP hands-on experience

1. pan> SAP 操作经验

Experience工作经验:

1. 5 years+ commercial project management experience/finance experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

5年以上商务项目管理经验或者财务相关经验，有在健康医护领域经验为佳

2． Cross function working experience

跨部门工作的经验
