Job Description:

?Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.

?Assist sales to prepare the formal quotation documents.

?Maintains SAP database by inputting daily orders.

?Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers.

?Coordinate with planning & logistic team for on time delivery.

?Provides sales vs. projection Vs AOP by customer by part results, by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.

? Assist key account sales to weekly update the key customer forecast

? Associate to sales/marketing events, like seminar, tradeshow.

? Forwards samples by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customer.
