Operation in events management process

-          Understand company SOP for all marketing related activities and assist brandteam with documentation related to activity implementation required by internalprocesses

-          Finance related tasks such as reimbursement, accrual, financial systemoperations, etc

-          Documentation the related file in process

-          Support brand manager in internal process

-          Cross functional communication

 

Marketing Budget tracking

-          Track the marketing budget to ensure the resource maximization

-          Cross functional communication

 

Marketing events support

-          Activity implementation support, in particular collaboration with vendors andlocal teams for logistics arrangement and event preparation if needed

-          Support the brand manager to follow up with the events execution

-          Cross functional communication

Education:

·        Universitygraduate

 

Experience & knowledge:

·        Good MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills required
