• Job Description:
• Develop skin care formulae suitable for the Chinese & Asian market.
• 开发适合中国&亚州市场的护肤产品。
• Formulation development in Emulsion, Lotion, Essence, Eye cream, Facial cleanser, Body wash and product relate to skincare.
• 开发乳液，水剂，精华，眼霜，洁面产品，沐浴产品以及与护肤相关的产品。
• Effective communicate with suppliers on RM screening and evaluation.
• 有效的与供应商沟通原料的筛选与评估。
• Be aware to collect RM information cross the world-wide platform and conduct initial safety evaluation for cosmetic product including formulae and raw materials.
• 能有意识的在全球信息平台范围内收集原材料信息，并对化妆品原料与配方进行初期的安全评估。
• Cooperate with application test panel to conduct product sensory testing and generate an optimization circulation on formula development.
• 配合产品使用评测小组开展产品性能评估并产品配方开发的优化循环。
• Carry out formulation stability and compatibility testing on developing & developed formulations.
• 对开发中和已开发的配方产品开展稳定性与兼容性研究。
• Provide scientific knowledge and perspective on claim substantiation.
• 为宣称支持提供科学知识与理解。
• Keep up to date and share the latest technology trends, insights and regulatory updates which can influence future product development.
• 及时更新并分享最新的技术趋势、见解和可能影响未来产品开发的法规更新。

• Basic Requirements:
• Strong chemistry, skin care formulation and manufacturing process technical expertise.
• 较强的化学、护肤配方和生产工艺技术专长。
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or higher preferred) in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• 化学或化学工程相关专业的本科学历（硕士学历或更高）。
• 3 years’ experience in skin care formulation development.
• 3年护肤品配方开发经验。
• Good English reading and speaking skills would be preferred.
• 良好的英文阅读和口语能力更佳。
• Experience in dealing with co-packers and Quality teams would be preferred.
• 具备与外部生产商和质量团队打交道经验更佳。
