JOB PURPOSE:

For brand managers more focus on strategic supervision than activity and material support. Many operational details which were previously handled by product managers must be completed by the brand team assistants. As the skill set and experience requirements for these personal increases, there is the need for a different role, a person who can support the brand business and administrative services at a much higher level.

The MKT executive fills this role by taking on much more events support and operation support for the team.

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:

Reports to marketing director, supports entire marketing team

SUPERVISED RESOURCES:

No budget accountability unless stipulated by marketing director. No reporting headcount.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Marketing business support

- Assistance with data collection and analysis, including in-market sales analysis, ad-hoc IMS sales data analysis, and the development of templates for the brand team to use and share with local teams

- Activity implementation support, in particular collaboration with vendors and local teams for logistics arrangement and event preparation

- Promotional material and brand reminder management, tracking of promotional materials and brand reminder usage and ensuring proper stocking by selecting and working with vendors

- Communication to field force on logistics issues and support

Operation in product management process

- Operation in product management process.

- Communication with sales on process. Assitance with sales force to follow the process.

- Documentation the related file in process.

Brand team administration

- Understand company SOP for all marketing related activities and assist brand team with documentation related to activity implementation required by internal processes

- Finance related tasks such as reimbursement, accrual, financial system operations, etc

- Meeting and travelling arrangement for brand team

- Document copy and filing, preparation and storing of meeting minutes

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

· University / College graduate

Experience & knowledge:

· Work experience or internship experience preferred

· MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills required

Core competencies:

· Good communication skills, especially with cross function teams

· Good data analysis skills

· Good written English (ability to read and write emails, especially with foreign speakers / teams)

· Honesty and integrity on the job and positive attitude and willingness to learn

· Strong spirit of teamwork
