Mission & Main Tasks
"?Sr. Channel Development & Managment specialist is responsible for managing channel development-related functions and facilities, in compliance with relevant national & local regulations, and enhancing channel operation & managment capability.
?Also responsible for overseeing the update, preservation and implementation of standards to ensure the entire network is maintaining a strong brand identity"

Roles & Responsibility
"?Manage development of sales, service and related facilities that are directly-owned and managed by Genesis China
?Develop future network plan in cooperation with Sale Planning and Business Planning Team
?Build standard of Genesis China space operation and implement it to every brand facilities with HQ, based on global standard (Space indentity, design, and customer experience management)
?Consult with regions and vendors on facility building and expansion plans in order to ensure compliance with operation requirements and proper representation of Genesis product to customers.
Manage & supervise Rolling-out global customer experience program and localize global programs
?Lead implementation of Genesis Future Retail planning including but not limited to management of customer experience and retail expansion
?Perform other ocassional tasks/duties related to the job"

Background - Education / Working Experience
"?Bachelor's degree (all majors)
?Total 8+ years of experience in network development and enhancement of luxury automotive OEM
?At least 3~4 years of Network development & enhancement exeperience in luxury automotive OEM
?3~4 years of network development experience in top 3 mega dealer or luxury automotive dealer group (desired)
?Sales supervisory and enhancement experience is required"

Professional Skills - Knowledge & Skills & Others (Certification etc.)
"?Excellent supervisory and management skills
?Good understanding of relevant policy & regulation, automotive business operation, and/or luxury industry/customers
?Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
?Must be capable of multi-tasking, setting priorities and scheduling work activities
?Comfort with extensive business travel (30% of overall tasks)"
