A)Responsible for bio-chemicalproducts regulatorty compiance. Include but not limited to

(1) apply NPPC licence forbusiness trading ;

(2) prepare all the papaers forEUD license application from MOFCOM;

(3) keep attention to localregulation issued by MOFCOM, SAWS, Ministry of Public Security and etcgovernment administration department and update all the influences on Merckproducts;

(4) finish annual productsregulation control list for commercial.

B)Responsible for GTS systemwith order release (legal control and SPL screening analyze), material mastermaintain and license creation;

C) Finish all the new chemicalmaterials application for importation limited control review including localregulation, HS code, CIQ code, Duty, MRP control and declaration elements forSH plant and just regulation control for HK plant, also take charge in existingarrival goods with above importation information check and maintain;

D) keep good communication withlocal regional police for special chemical products like explosive andhazardous, NPPC chemicals’ management, not only in table report but also insystem control; E) take charge in parts of SIAL products control class reviewand GTS maintain; F) reponsible for customs and CIQ inquiry about importationissues on HS code, declaration elements.

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

Education：

Chemical lelated backgroud,familiiar with customs commodity code and GTS system is a plus. Bachelor degreeor above

Work Experience：

Trade Compliance or I/E relatedexpirence, over 5 years, with experience of Chemical produts regulations andfamiliar with GTS system is a plus

Job specific Competencies &Skills

1; professional in customscommodity code for chemical products;

2: familiar with SAP-GTSsystem;

3: know well of regulationcontrol for chemical materials;

4: strong plan and executioncapability;
