Lean Culture Building:

* To foster the Lean culture building in DC Guangzhou and DC Hong Kong

* To deliver the Lean and 6 sigma training to team members & coach the kaizen / project

* To drive process control, optimization & standardization with root cause analysis and actions

* Coordinate w/ team to develop the continual improvement plan to support safety, customer satisfaction, quality and efficiency improvement.

* Support lean deployment to customer, forwarder and subcontract supplier

* Work with upstream (SE IG Plants / Import team / SSVF) for continual improvement project

SPS(Schneider Performance System) Site Leading:

* As SPS Site leader to deployment the SPS & 40 principles thru DCSH and ITD Guangzhou DC

* Deliver SPS tools and assessment criteria training in organization

* As Lead for SPS internal and external Audit;

* Continually identify and promote external best practices across the organization and share the internal best practices to other organizations

Education: Bachelor degree prefer in Engineering, Method or related field.

Job Related Experience: 5+ years Lean and SPS related experience, prefer 2+ years logistic experience, knowledge of SAP, Project management

Business Understanding: Supply chain & logistics, Lean and SPS management, SPS requirement

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Fluency in English, good command of Office software, 6SIGMA tools.
