- Responsiblefor electronic product test in industrialization team on new product developmentand existing product maintenance.

- Define product test strategy regarding R&D,quality & certification requirements and the test done on the PCBA in order to optimize the product test in theplant

- Proposeproduct architecture according to manufacturability and testability.

- Participate & drive the concept on thetechnological choices and industrial solutions to optimize the product tests.

- Maketest coverage analysis, identify and follow up potential risks and issues.

- Have a view toanticipate the application of new technologies, new methods and new tools.

- Estimate test equipment investment budget and testing time.

- Define test equipment specification andqualification plan.

- Select / validate the appropriate vendor forequipment making with purchasing.

- Define technical solution with supplier to reach qualityand cost targets.

- Follow upand report the schedule/risk/issue of the equipment making.

- Qualify equipment with whole production system andtransfer to manufacturing team.

- Anticipate the problems which can be linked tothe test. (Accessibility, duration, complexity…)

- MinimumBachelor Degree of Electronic Engineering, Industrial Automation or relatedfield is required.

- Havestrong knowledge of automation component, solution and software, such as C/C++programming, Test stand, LabVIEW, PLC, industrial PC, HMI, vision inspection(camera), other instruments.

- Fluentoral English, good at English writing.

- Professionalbehaviour and proactive attitude.

- Strongindividual competency: leadership, communication, presentation skill, logicalthinking, big picture thinking, technical and business judgment,self-awareness, achieve result, issue analysis, initiative.

- At least 5 years ofrelevant professional experience in electrical product area.

- Multi-nationalcompany experience is preferred.

- Haveautomation and electric product knowledge and experience.

- Havestrong manufacturing equipment system design & diagnostic experience, know productassembly process and manufacturing KPI.

- Have knowledge and experience of PCBA ICT test.

- Familiarwith electronic FCT equipment market.
