职位描述
Responsibility:
1.As business Representative in Logistics Automation Segment , to analyze the existing and potential customer base and to formulate the successful strategies to promote Schneider solutions and products in the mentioned industry in the Chinese market by working closely with regional sales and technical support team .
2.To conduct customer visits/presentations, proactively educate and guide customers, and generate qualified leads that will lead to orders, through various types of channels3.To strictly execute the entire Schneider sales process from marketing, acquisition and sales right up to closing of orders and meet the ambitious budget
4.To systematically analyze sales opportunities using the Schneider tools, timely report on progress and situations, and provide feasible proposals for management decision
5.To provide realistic estimations for project O/I volume and potential O/I date and execute all required actions to close, or help to close deals on time
6.To create trust and strong relationship at all levels in the customer organization, such as but not limited to, decision makers, top management, project team etc., to get deal done
7.To work and communicate effectively with marketing, technical support team, and other internal parties, and guide all the efforts to potential leads or sellable proposals/ solutions
8.To timely submit reports/documents/proposals and update information with high quality
9.To complete other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
1. A quick learner with open mind and strong curiosity to new ideas/products/practise2. Strategic-thinking, with systematic approaches for analysis and decision-making
3. Strong sociability and networking skills
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to present Schneider in a professional manner
5. Ability to make and maintain contact from middle level to upper management of the prospective client
6.Honest, hard-working, positive-thinking, with strong passion in sales,
7.A self-starter and good team player able to work effectively under high pressure and within tight schedule
8.Willing and flexible to travel extensively on short notice
