职位描述
?Digital Specialist supports rolling out global digital architecture in China along with strategic planning, development,
implementation and on-going management of all in-market digital related programs
?Also responsible for assisting the operation of future retail platform for Genesis (online sales, valet programs, etc.)

?Manage operation of digital services including but not limited to: Online retail, door-to-door service, customized
production service, and etc.
?Collect and manage customer data in the perspective of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and operate
customer management system for the HQ
?Understand and translate local customer needs into business/technology solutions, and instantly delivers the value to
provide pathway for platform implementation and customization
?Provide consultation for digital transformation, customer's digital journey and functional design
?Perform other occasional tasks/duties related to the job
?Tech-savvy, aware of current digital trends and willing to learn/adopt latest technology solutions
?Goal-oriented and willing to learn/adopt latest technology solutions
?Tenacious, patient and has passion for the job
?Collaborative attitude to meet and exceed business expectations
'?In-depth knowledge in Chinese digital/IT market trend
?Ability to translate business requirements into technical terms for system development
