Job Summary职位概述:

Distributor management Rep.’s primary responsibilities are to help the distributor management supervisor support on order management project including CIB and order rolling forecast with huge data dealing. And timely support operation tasks, e.g.: distributor selection and reassessment, realignment and scorecard of distributors.

经销商管理专员的主要职责是协助经销商管理主管支持订单管理项目，包括CIB及订单滚动预测的数据处理。并适时支持日常运维工作，如：经销商的筛选及再评估、变更和绩效评估等。

 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责:

1.         Support line manager on order management project including CIB and order rolling forecast with data dealing with cross-function cooperation in order to support on setting up order management system.

协助直线经理管理订单管理项目，包括CIB及订单滚动预测的数据处理，跨部门沟通并协助建立订单管理体系。

2.         Timely coordinate and support line manager to complete selection, reassessment, realignment and scorecard of distributor. Manage and archive all the documents related to distributor management.

适时协调和支持直线经理完成经销商的筛选和评估，变更及绩效评估并且保存和管理相关文件。

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:

1.        A Bachelor Degree in business management or statistics or related subjects.

企业管理或统计学或相关专业的大学本科学历

2.           Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues of a complex nature.

较强的分析和解决问题的技巧和迅速解决复杂问题的能力

3.           Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and other business-related software systems. 

熟练掌握微软办公套件，尤其是Excel软件，和其他业务相关的软件系统

4.           Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English with the     ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners.

良好的人际关系，良好的中英文演讲以及口头和书面的沟通技巧，与内外部业务伙伴进行有效沟通的能力

Experience工作经验:

       Graduate or 1-2 years’ relevant job experience with strong data dealing capability

应届毕业生或1-2年以上相关的工作经验，有较强的数据处理能力

Previous knowledge of distributor management and distribution channel management strongly preferred
