As an Talent Partner, you will be part of the Asia, Middle East & Africa Division and Region Function Human Resources Business Unit (BU) based in Beijing.

The Human Resources function partners with the business to attract, develop, and retain the appropriate workforce to effectively implement business strategy. ABB has established a global Center of Expertise (CoE) within the area of Talent to deliver integrated talent services including recruitment, talent management and employer branding.

As a Talent Partner you will have the opportunity to work in diverse areas of talent acquisition and talent management and handle varied tasks from sourcing, interviewing to assessing and developing internal/ external workforce. There will be close contact with our customers – candidates and line managers, as well as extended collaboration with our Global Business Services Centre(GBS), HR Business Partners. Key tasks include/ but are not limited to:

？ Accountable for end to end talent acquisition to fulfill business hiring demand
？ Effectively partner with the GBS team to ensure all coordination with candidates/hiring managers runs smoothly and efficiently
？ Act as internal talent broker and change agent to facilitate cross-organizational moves
？ Liaise with HRBP/line managers to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business needs
？ Educating the business on the Talent function and process
？ Supporting integrated talent activities across China will also be required from time to time
？ Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

？ Bachelor or Master’s degree.
？ 8-10 years of professional HR Experience. 3-5 years of Experience with full life-cycle recruiting including job brief, developing sourcing/marketing plan, candidate outreach and development, offer and close.
？ Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media.
？ Expert in developing and leading talent management/development programs and experience in conducting assessments and providing feedback and/or previous HRBP role experience.
？ Knowledge of internal and external business environment, organizational structure and good understanding of the business strategy and its implications for talent processes.
？ Understanding of succession planning programs and methodologies.
？ Knowledge of local legislation regarding recruitment and employment requirements.
？ Good Knowledge of CRM tool and experience leveraging the tool to source candidates as well as manage relationships.
？ Prior experience working across cultures and with multi-function stakeholders.
？ Strong customer service orientation with proven consulting and influencing skills.
？ Fluent in English language skills, both written and verbal, and other local language as required.
