The candidate will work across the fertility business unit’s functions andplay a key role in implementing FBU′s digital marketing strategy, drive thesmooth functioning of platforms, and support the implementation of MCM tools suggestedby global MCM teams or developed locally, e.g. WeChat services account, Mini-Programs,websites, webcasts, e-mails, remote communication-Blended rep, measurementtool.

The candidate will work closely with MCM Manager to prioritize tasks andprojects to ensure that the overall MCM strategy for FBU is leveraged and willsupport the MCM Manager to implement various MCM projects, ultimately building astrong image of Merck Fertility as the preferred fertility treatment partner.

Key Responsibilities

Support MCM manager to deliver promotional plans and lead their execution

ü Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders (procurement,Marketing, IT, etc.) and organize monthly editorial meetings.

ü Supervise service providers, test and collaboratewith Digital Capabilities to deliver and promote new solutions / tools.

ü Implement and deliver campaigns in a timely fashion,strictly meet project timelines, and follow up results to achieve objectives.

ü Support MCM manager to drive internal processes(e.g. MLR review, procurement process).

Track results, optimize and prepare reporting

ü Work closely with vendor and analytics team todeliver regular reports on platform performance.

ü Make continuous improvement by optimizingcampaigns based on results.

Understand the market & analyze customers’ needs

ü Analyze customer needs, current market trends andcompetitors’ initiatives.

ü Collect and benchmark key players'performance/practices in field and generate new promotional ideas andrecommendations.

Experience / Knowledge:

ü Bachelor’s Degree, business majors preferred.

ü ~2 years working experience in sales or marketing.

ü Experience of working with diverse teams in a cross-functionalenvironment.

ü Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel,Word, PowerPoint).

ü Excellent written and oral Mandarin and English;CET-6 or equivalent is a must.

Preferred:

ü Creative marketing mindset – sense of innovation,with a cooperative, proactive and dynamic personality.

ü Appetite for new technologies (digital, mobile, bigdata, etc.).

ü Willing to have a tangible impact by leadingprojects from inception to completion.
