Position Responsibilities

 

TheValidation Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall completion of allhis/her costumers’ projects.

As such, he/sheserves as the key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders andplays a critical role in both the operational efficiency of the lab and customer’sperception and satisfaction.

A technicalbackground is necessary to provide consultancy and manage the projects.

 

 

 

Project Management

 

·        Be themajor point of contact for our customers. Ensure effective, complete and timelytwo-way communication. To customers: report project updates as well as testingoutcomes, such as but not limited to test results, project schedule andpotential constrains, non-conformances and their resolution. To Lab: provideall necessary information to conduct the tests, such as but not limited toprocess parameters, expected date of sample and documents receiving, customer’sspecific requests.

·        Wheneverneeded, provide technical and/or regulatory consultancy for either thepreparation of the project, or the interpretation of the results

·        Incollaboration with internal stakeholders, generate realistic project planningshared with Customers, do regular reviews of progress against the plan

·        Proceedwith preventive or corrective actions to meet the timelines, or readjust themwhen needed.

·        Ensurecustomers’ satisfaction is maintained at the highest level

·        Ensure that all project-related costs are covered by Customers’ orders

·        Ensure services and related tasks are executed in agreement with our Safetyrequirements and Quality standards

Technical support to Customers and Sales

·        Provide technical support to Customers during all phases of theirvalidation program

·        Provide technical support to Sales representatives, including projectscoping, consultancy and on-site visits

·        Promote, discuss and defend Merck’s technical approach and expertise.

·        Wheneverneeded, collaborate with internal stakeholders (technicalexperts, lab team, field marketing, sales team,…) to seek informationand advice to address customers’ requests/issues

Skills

 

 

·        Bacheloror above education background. Master's degree preferred.

·        Familiarwith aseptic operation & biopharma industrial developing

·        At least2 years working experience as project management or related managementexperience.

·        Demonstratedability to manage projects efficiently

·        Good technicalknowledge

·        Completeand in-depth understanding of our target markets, technology, products andapplications.

·        Strongcommitment to Customer’s satisfaction
