As regional WAN and network management application owner to receive escalation and provides case diagnosis, configuration and problem analysis support for the above network and system service;
As regional WAN and network management application owner to establish and optimize relevant process;
As regional project manager to handle infrastructure project delivery including all infrastructure part such as network, cabling, voice, messaging, client computing and so on;
Adheres to all current Changes and Problem management policies and procedures;
Multiple WAN project implementation and management.
Establish and maintain WAN operation process.
Multiple new site start up or acquisition project handling.
Regular WAN operation report handling.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in English
- 5 years + progressively responsible experience in the telecommunications / network management, implementation, and network design.
- 3 years + infrastructure project management.
- 2 years + experience to work in a virtual regional/global network operation team.
- 3 years + global/region vendor management experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Be willing to support daily connectivity service operation and continue to improve service quality.
- Understand ITIL based IT operation mode and continue the effort for process excellence.
- Be interested in and always keep progress in IT infrastructure technology
- Design / implementation and support. experience and technical skills to include
* WAN, MPLS (customer end only), IP, BGP, EIGRP
* VPN, Network security, Firewall
* Router, L2/L3 switch, OOB Modems,
* Operation of network management application
* Network performance tuning and optimization.

- Strong self-motivation to improve the work and business process with positive attitude to support customer's needs
- Believes in a pro-active approach towards problem management
- Possesses some experience in working within a globalized environment in terms of strategy, processes, procedures and policies.
