Job description:

1.       Production of Exportation documents, and related business with freight forwarders (Handling the exportation routine, including provide customs export documents and declarations to the including required documents customs and customers, customs system uploading, follow up to customer receiving, etc.);

2.       Filling banking documents for exportation;

3.       To work with foreigners customer’s appointed agent for export arrangement and follow up;

4.       Regular maintenance of the export data  uploading the export files into the system;

5.       Handle documents related to insurance and transportation;

6.       Prepare documents about tax refund (collect, tidy up the export customs paper regularly and hand over to Finance documents for tax rebate);

8.       Check the monthly transportation bill;

 

Requirements:

1.       Language: Fluent in written/oral  business English;

2.       Experience: 1-2 years ( at least) in international trade, customs declaration, preparation of export documents, shipping;

4.       Major: College Diploma in International Trade or Logistics Management;
