1. At least 2 years' experience in training role or experience in Clinical Research with proven proficiency in trial execution, 1-2 years of Sourcing or similar commercial experience
2. Good understanding of Medical Affairs & Clinical Operation function and issues
3. Familiar with relevant Novartis SOPs as related to Medical Affairs and Codes of Practice [eg.NP4]
4. Knowledge of international and local codes of practice (IFPMA, RDPAC) and local
Regulations
5. Solid understanding of contracts (including solid legal understanding of terms &
conditions).
6. Familiar with the CRO and Specialty Provider marketplace.
7. Financial understanding (understanding of cost drivers for clinical trials) as it relates to contracts and cost reductions.
8. Expertise in communication, managing multiple priorities and computer literacy
9. Proven organization skills with demonstrated expertise in working on teams
