职位描述

Main Responsibilities:

Assisting Marketing Director to do daily policy reading, analysis and translation;
Assisting Marketing Director to monitor any policy / regulation change relevant to our business via website, newsletter, etc., and support on market report;
Assisting Marketing Director to develop and maintain strategic customer and government relationship in each of the product line operating in China;
Assisting Marketing Director to develop C&F business into China including not limited to oilseeds, grains and sugar as required;
Assisting Marketing team to support on stakeholder mapping and relationship maintenance via organizing regular meeting, customer event, etc.;
Assisting Marketing team in daily office admin stuffs e.g. receive/send phone calls, emails and letters with internal and external stakeholders as a basic contact point;
Assisting Marketing team with daily schedule management and logistic support re business trips;
Assisting Marketing team with arranging senior manager and trading team’s China visit;
Other tasks as assigned by Company.

Qualification:

A bachelor degree in English/Business
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Good understanding of commodity trading business
Knowledge of Grains, Oilseeds &Sugar is preferred
