Reporting toLab Manager

Job PurposeTo support to the Lab Team in application studies which are assigned to and day to day lab work activitiesJob scope and responsibilities

1. Managing application studies which are distributed to him or her

2. Contacts with suppliers to get raw material

3. Report the studies and communicate the results, both in written and orally

4. offer technical solution for customer and follow up the technical issue

5. Manage the day-to-day lab facilities, specifically regarding safety, quality, maintenance of labequipments

Qualification requirement？

Bachelor degree or above in polymer material or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years coating(adhesive) working experience？ 

Knowledge of the formulations of polymer materials used in Coatings & Adhesives. Experience insealants and / or elastomers will be appreciated？ 

Knowledge of polyurethane chemistry (experience in polyurethane dispersions for instance)？ 

Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English;？ 

a positive attitude, pro-active and entrepreneurial mind with a good autonomy in the lab？ 

careful on safety rules？

 reactive and “customer” orientated (we are looking for someone is able to deliver for what thecustomers are looking for and realize objectives)？

 good presentation and able to interact with customers when needed
