Responsibility:

• Plan and organize local employee campaigns to support group strategy / company value / global campaign’s cascading, and to support business development;

• Coordinate with internal and external parties to drive the execution of country level customer event;

• Support other internal communications tasks when needed.

Requirement:

• Experience in event management, good project management skill and team spirit;

• Strong focus on details and timelines;

• Self-motivated, be able to work independently and work under pressure;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, creative design and/or video production skill is a plus;

• Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or English;

• Over 5 years work experience in communication in MNC company or event agency.
