Key Responsibilities of Role

As the Market Access Manager, China, you will be responsible for: ? Defining market access objectives to maximize patient access to company’s product portfolio

? Devising strategic and operational plan based on deep knowledge of healthcare systems, policies and trends in priority markets to achieve market access objectives

? Establishing long term relationship with key stake holders including payers, authorities, medical societies and patient advocacy group

? Working closely with cross functional team and external partners to generate robust value dossier and story for reimbursement and hospital listing purpose

? Demonstrating judgement and integrity in accordance with the highest ethical and compliance standards, including company’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements

? Drive and manage reimbursement across China, including establishing and increasing PPT.

? Represent Circassia at industry forums and provide feedback and insight on future trends and changes that might affect the business ? Lead and support tendering to make sure win the biding

? Cooperating closely with the company’s local sales teams and other departments, responsible for price Medical devices accession and other work, to mostly maximize the business opportunities of Circassia in the local market.

Qualifications and/or experience required to perform the role

? Bachelor degree and above. Major in Public Health, Micro economics, Pharmacy Administration is preferred

? At least 6 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/medical devices industry and 3 years’ experience in market access area and team management

? Thorough understanding of healthcare systems, policy-making processes, critical roles and decision points

? Strong professional relationship with the relevant government officials and proven ability to manoeuvre through the government channels

? Superior communication and influencing skills, both internal and external

? Excellent project management and organizational skills, including management of multiple priorities and resources

? Strong business skills/acumen; translation of scientific expertise and knowledge to achieve the identified business goals of the company ? Excellent written and spoken English.
