Working Hours: 1:00pm to 10:00pm Monday to Friday
Station: JingAn District, Shanghai

Job Description:

1、       Provide simultaneous spoken and/or written translation service and interpretation support to management from English to Chinese and vice versa.
2、       Act as interpreter and translator in management and clients meetings, presentations and other occasions required.
3、       Screen incoming correspondences and ensure accurate response in a timely manner as per management requirements.
4、       Establish well-related communication networks among clients and interfaces, and aim to resolve disagreement when required.
5、       Help organize management meeting appointments, trip arrangements in professional manner and appropriate priority when required by Liaison Manager.
6、       Collect and analyze operational statistics and market data essential to industry, products and services improvement for management review when required.
7、       Establish, maintain and review operation documents, procedures and work instructions to ensure working smoothness and efficiency.
8、       Support administrative duties assigned by Liaison Manager or management.
9、       Handle other ad hoc job duties assigned by Liaison Manager or management.

Job Requirements：

1、       Bachelor degree in English, translation or related disciplines.
2、       1-3 years relevant experience, preferably gained from multinational or international companies.
3、       Solid experience in translation of various kinds of official documents.
4、       Experience in acting as an interpreter in senior management and clients meetings, presentations is required.
5、       Past experience in overseas study or working will be a bonus.
6、       Past experience in project management can be a plus.
7、       Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
8、       Proactive, responsible and fast learner. 
9、       Hard working, able to work under fast pace and pressure with tight deadline and short notice period.
10、    Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, CET6 or above.
11、    Hands-on PC skills, i.e. word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
12、    Willing to travel and work overtime when required.
13、    Immediate availability is preferred.
