Key Accountability

关键职责

Responsible to China Medical Governance Officer for standardizing speaker and event management process, performing medical compliance functions training, reporting and feedback regarding findings at affairs above.

就规范讲者和活动管理流程、提供医学合规培训及报告和反馈以上事务执行过程中的重要发现，向中国医学合规官负责。

Daily Work

日常工作

? Review, validate, and archive all speakers according to the SOP to make sure each speaker’s engagement and upgrade complied with related provisions.

根据SOP对讲者信息进行审核、确认和归档，以确保每位讲者的聘用和升级流程均符合相关规定；

? Monthly review the engagement of speaker to find the deviation of speaker and event

management and make timely reaction.

每月对讲者的聘用情况进行回顾以发现讲者和活动管理存在的偏差，并及时做出行动；

? Reconcile the speaker database among MDM, Optimus and SAP systems to make data

consistent and up-to-date.

核对MDM、Optimus和 SAP 系统中的讲者数据库，使数据保持一致并实时更新；

? Review and approve all of scientific events in Optimus system, keep records and synchronistic filing.

负责审批Optimus系统中所有学术活动，并做好相关记录和同步存档；

? Ensures that all main medical activities are well implemented and followed.

确保所有主要的医学活动得到了很好的执行以及追踪。

Training and Consulting

培训和咨询

? Perform training of speaker and event management SOPs to internal stakeholders to promote a quality culture.

为内部利益相关者提供讲者和活动管理的SOP培训，推广质量文化；

? Support MGO to adapt the training matrix according to the medical staff’s role and specificity of the country.

支持中国医学合规官，根据医学部员工的角色及其特殊性调整培训的要求；

? Provide interpretation of recommended procedure for compliance to internal stakeholders.

为内部利益相关者提供推荐的合规流程的解读。

Medical Tools Implementation

医学工具的使用

? Each medical governance specialist must be trained on the tool and understand its functionality and use and be able to assist the site to problem solve or make decisions on best utilization of the tool.

每个医学合规专员必须受到医学工具的培训，理解其功能及用途，且能够帮助区域解决问题或在工具的使用上做决策；

? Coordinates, at the country level, the implementation of the new Medical tools and ensures that key medical tools are properly implemented and used.

协调全国范围的新的医学工具的使用，确保关键的医学工具被恰当的使用。

薪资待遇：8-10K+年奖金+带薪年假15天+带薪病假5天+100%补充医疗保险+生日福利+节日福利等等
