· CS KPI definition documentation and communication with field. Provide sufficient data for new target setting.

· CS annual incentive plan consolidation and provide annual operation/marketing data for final calculation.

· Provide KPI reports, consolidate zone dashboard and individual dashboard for PH CS management, Greater China.

· Do field service manpower analysis based on report of labor and recommend the hiring plan half yearly.

· Calculate overtime payroll for field engineers and technical support engineers based on PH OT policies.

· Communicate with Global and GCS reporting teams to consolidate and improve Greater China reporting process (Blueprint Reporting).

· Compilation of various CS operation reports.

>2 years work experience customer service department in Healthcare industry

SAP experience

Ever lead project with data analysis

· Fluent and proficient in both oral and written English （英语能力）

· Strong ERP experience and computer literacy especially in Excel（ERP经验，excel的能力
