Technical Coordinator for Lightcloud

RAB Lighting is growing rapidly and is seeking a Technical Coordinator for Lightcloud team in our Shanghai office. The ideal candidate will have very strong English language skill and good computer operating skill. Understanding of electrical circuitry will be preferred but not required.

Primary Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for supporting Lightcloud team in helping customers and sales reps, following up product development, shipping issue and quality issue. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
？ Handling customer calls from North America regarding their lighting control system.
？ Helping customer setup and make changes to their lighting system.
？ Analyzing customer’s electrical drawings and recommending products to suit their lighting needs.
？ Computer data entry of customer information.
？ Troubleshooting lighting issues
？ Providing in-depth information regarding our lighting system to potential customers.
？ Coordinate component sourcing, prototype making, sample testing, and shipment scheduling issues.
？ Support Lightcloud team China trips
？ Other duties as requested


Qualifications:
？ BA or BS degree with a strong academic background preferred;
？ Excellent command of English writing, reading and speaking required; English Test of Band 6 or equivalent required
？ Highly proficient with all Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint required, strong spreadsheet skill preferred
？ Electrical engineering experience preferred but not required
？ Great positive attitude, detail oriented personality, extremely organized
