职位描述：
Responsibilities:

Marketing part :
l Translating Chinese / English and viceversa: oral + written
l Making competitos benchmarks + Mustela benchmark:
n On-line: websites, apps, Tmall shops – what contents, what structure, what features, what CRM…
n IRL: presence in POS –
l Searching agencies for market research, helping build the briefing
l Helping organize meetings with partners, arrange promotional events
l Helping assess and analyze the KPI of marketing campaigns
l Assisting the manager in writing reports and analysing data
l Assisting with the coordination of production/translation of marketing materials and literature
l Downloading marketing material from Mustela extranet to provide to Profex, or upload on websites, internet groups and social media sites.
l Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases.
l Ordering marketing materials.


Admin part：
l Manage travel and expense report
l Collaborate with Profex and HQ on invoicing
l Assist in reporting and following up on quality claims
l Checking and processing on sales data a reporting
l Collaborate with HQ on the contract procedure


Requirements:
Bachelor degree
Fluent in English both written and verbal
Experiences as assistant to senior managers within multinational companies is preferred
Engaged in marketing is valued
Team player; capable of dynamic multi-task handling
Good communication and coordination skills
