职位描述：

Responsibility

1. Manage the development of most of the project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of major R&D functions.

2. Be able to develop, with the project team, the project management plan and keep it up to date during the life of the project.

3. Is responsible for draft & follow the project budget, resources and schedule

4. Organize, lead the project team and synchronize his team with the other teams,

5. Organize the review with project team to understand marketing requirements

6. Challenge the functions to take ownership of the project objectives

7. Push to achieve project Profit targets

8. Lead the decision making process at the project level and at the right time

9. Be able to define the risks, issues with project team, and lead the associated corrective action plans

10. Draft & maintain project planning, in event of deviation, propose and implement corrective actions

11. Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis

    Requirements:

1. Leadership: The ability to convince, encourage, push people in cross-functions to achieve project target

2. Sense of responsibility

3. Good communication skills: Fluent in both oral & written English.

4. Collaborative: Work well in a team with good interpersonal skills

5. Self motivation: Be able to work under minimal supervision

6. Commit to achieve results

7. Always run towards problems, highlight the issues with no compromise

8. Cross-Function: Good knowledge on R&D, basic knowledge on marketing, Industrial & Purchasing

9. Technical back ground. Know well about PMP process. Having experience in project management for around 2 years.
