职位描述：
Senior Recruitment Specialist
 
Responsibilities/职责:
1. Conduct daily recruiting operations, including but not limited to recruiting needs clarification with Hiring Manager, selecting recruiting channels and posting ad., screening CV, arranging and conducting interviews;
完成日常招聘，包括但不限于与用人部门经理确认招聘需求，选择招聘渠道并发布广告，筛选简历，安排并进行面试；
2. Offer communication and negotiation
候选人Offer的沟通及协商；
3. Participate in and assist in various recruiting projects, like campus recruitment etc.;
参与和协助各种招聘项目，如校园招聘等；
4. Maintain and update relevant report, including but not limited to recruiting report, turnover report;
维护和更新相关报表，包括但不限于招聘报告，离职分析报告；
5. Undertake any other duties assigned by Line Manager.
执行上级领导分配的其他任务。
 
Requirements 任职要求
1. At least 3 years' professional experience in recruiting function, with experience in headhunting preferred；
至少3年人才招聘经验，有猎头行业经验优先考虑；
2. Bachelor and above degree;
本科及以上学历；
3. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English；
具备良好的中英文沟通能力；
4. Strong influencing ability and good interpersonal skills;
具备较强的影响力，良好的人际交往能力；
5. Skillful in words, excel, PowerPoint;
熟练运用words, excel, PowerPoint等常用办公软件；
