职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE:
1) DC SAP and relevant system operation
2) Monitoring & troubleshooting interface issue between SAP & WMSs
3) Help to monitor the operation KPI linked with DC and transportation and improvement
4) Help to calculate/ double check the cost of all distribution activity
5) Assist DC Supervisor and other functions to complete related tasks includes but not limited to vehicle validation, audit, inventory check, SOP update

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:
Direct report to: DC Supervisor

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

System operation
1) 生成STO . 并作为DC与工厂及第三方物流的桥梁， 沟通和安排移库相关事宜包括：车辆提货时间； 驾驶员及车辆相关信息的提供；
2) 生成销售发运单及样品领用单. 若DC的实物与销售发运单及样品领用单有出入, 必须和DC确认准确的信息, 重新生成新的销售发运单及样品领用单. 并找到原因及及时在系统中锁住相关产品;
3) 创建从DC移库到各工厂的移库单。 及时与工厂沟通，将移库回工厂的产品做一个手工清单，清单包含明确的退货原因
4) DC 运作六个月内，核对WMS和SAP系统的同步性以保证在准确的前提下保持一致；

System operation
1) Create STO in SAP. Be the window to coordinate with plant & 3pl to arrange the freight betwwen plants to DC. Provide the container arriving day; driver & container information to plant after confirmed with 3pl.
2) Create DN for normal sales & samples in SAP. if the DC physical inventory and sales orders and sample sales requisitioned single discrepancy, DC operator must confirm accurate information, regenerate new DN and find the cause and promptly locked-related products in the system.;
3) Create return movement from DC to plant in SAP. Provide return list with detail reason for each return SKU;
4) Within the first 6 months operation, perform daily sales and sample reconciliation between SAP and WMS system, to ensure the accuracy of information on both sides;



KPIs；DQI；对帐及费用支付申请
1) 按合同与实际发生的业务核对第三方所有仓库费用包括对发生的合理性进行确认：仓储；运输防护包装; 药监码扫描等费用；
2) 按合同与实际发生的业务核对第三方所有运输费用包括对其发生的合理性进行确认：零担运输；冷藏车运输；包车；特殊应急发货;运输防护包装及退货(如需要)费用等；
3) 针对上月的仓库管理和运输的实际结果完成KPIs和DQI的考核；
4) 基于KPIs的考核结果，确认相关的仓储和运输费用的扣除， 核对冷包费用；
5) 帮助DC主管申请各费用的支付，并协调工厂采购和财务付款；

KPI; DQI reconciliation and payment application:
1) According to the contract with 3rd party to check the business is actually happening, validate all warehouse costs including rationality are correct including emergency order, protection package usage, EDI code scanning and other expense;
2) According to the contract with 3rd party to check the business is actually happening, validate all transportation costs including rationality are correct including transportation modes, emergency order, protection package usage, reverse logistics cost;
3) Monthly KPIs and DQI assessment for both warehouse and transportation based on actual result;
4) Based on KPIs result, confirma all warehouse and transportation cost after deductible, confirm cold pack cost;
5) Help DC Supervisor for the payment application for all expenses related and to coordinate the purchase and payment process;


验证；审计；培训

1) 协助完成验证， 负责安排对车辆验证的具体实施帮助起草冷包及冷藏车验证方案并根据DC所在地及覆盖区域合理安排冷包及冷藏车的冬夏季验证;
2) 帮助起草SOP, 定期更新SOP，确保SOP与实际操作完全一致。发起任何DC运作的变更；



Verification, audit and training

1) Support to complete the verification, is responsible to arrange the concrete implementation, help to draft the cold pack and refrigerated trucks verification program based on DC location, coverage area of cold packs and refrigerated trucks both for winter and summer;
2) Support SOP drafting, regularly update SOP and ensure the consistency of SOP with operation practice; initiate operation improvement in DC;
