JOB PURPOSE:
Provides secretarial support services to BU Director to operate the daily business
ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Supports daily activities to BU Director, when need for whole team (including internal and external meetings, business trips, and participation to marketing or other company events).
2. Performs administrative activities for the North Director; Composes and types routine letters and memoranda; Maintains files of related correspondence, records, etc. Orders necessary office supplies.
3. Collects and screens in a pro-active way before submission all expense reports and other written clearance to be approved; to anticipate request of clarification and to highlight any abnormal figures, ensuring that all documentation is completed in line with Company Policies and Procedures; make interpretation where needed
4. Assist AD on regional sales team management
-Assist on sales & expenses data checking and analysis
-Assist on region finance control: monthly AP/OP budget application & Accrued, reimbursement management
5. To ensure local sales operation strictly follow all company SOP procedure
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
University / College graduate
Experience & knowledge:
1.At least 3 year work experience
2.Basic finance knowledge preferred
Core competencies:
1.Good communication skills
2.Priority to have good English
3.Good computer skills( Excel, Word, PPT…)
4.Honesty
5.Positive attitude
6.Good service spirit to sales team
