职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities:
 
- Responsible for implementing and supporting Human Resources generalist duties for a business department or group.
- Lead Benefits Administration and all areas of HR for China GE Appliances team.
- Perform all aspects of human resources including benefits and HR operations, recruiting, selection, compensation, and training.
- Administer HR Programs: implement recognition programs; incentive compensation planning, ongoing motivational/team building practices, engagement initiatives.
- Provide leadership, advice, counsel and support for benefits, training, and HRIS.
- Lead change efforts and proactive process improvements of HR processes.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with leadership team and employees to advise both on employee related and organizational matters.
- Build/drive an energized & creative workforce. Champion diversity initiatives. Act as an impartial advocate for all employees. Take an active leadership role in community relations.
 
Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor degree required. 3 years minimum of Human Resource Experience required.
- Demonstrated change leadership qualities.
- Outstanding communication, team building and interpersonal skills. Effective program and project management skills.
- High level of responsiveness.
- Strong communications skills in Chinese and English.
