职位描述：
工作职责
1、根据公司战略与人力资源战略，建立和完善公司薪酬、绩效管理体系及相关制度，持续优化现有绩效评估方案、薪资调整方案、奖励方案；
2、分析市场薪资数据，建立公司薪资策略及激励方案，有效控制公司人工成本并保持薪酬制度的激励性；
3、组织实施员工绩效考核方案，组织汇总各部门员工绩效考核结果，并对员工绩效考核结果进行分析，编制总结报告，提出各部门绩效改进建议。

任职资格
1、24-35岁，本科以上学历，人力资源相关专业优先；
2、二年以上薪酬绩效实践经验；
3、逻辑思维缜密、对数字敏感，熟悉office办公软件，精通excel操作；
4、工作积极进取，富有团队协作精神；良好沟通表达能力、组织协调能力、解决和分析问题能力。
