职位描述：
1. Market expertise
- Qualify customer market (size, trend, competitors) for each line of business in relation with Activity and IAM Marketing
- Characterise price competition in the chain value and at different step of product life cycle
- Qualify customer needs in term of sales animation
- Analyse Valeo SWOT, benchmarks and key success factors to fuel OES global marketing plan and sales budget

2. Business
- Analyse sales and profits for each product line on your market with Account Managers and Industrial Branches
- Propose corrective actions
- Consolidate sales budget and report to global OES and Industrial Branch aftermarket organisations

3. Marketing operations
- Develop contact locally with customer operational marketing team in coordination with Account Managers
- Develop marketing supports accordingly with customer needs and Booster (catalogue, displays, leaflet and training)
- Support customer own deployment in his main subsidiaries
- Propose and deploy field actions, promotions and customer events (eg. Tech day, Sponsored events)
- Measure action impact in Valeo and customer business
- Give feedback to global OES and Industrial Branch aftermarket organisations

Requirement
Engineer with a good understanding in marketing
or business school degree with and interest for technical products
3 to 5 years experience in Automotive Aftermarket and in B-to-B trade marketing 举报 分享
