职位描述：
JD for Corporate Cash Management (“CCM) assistant

- Assist to prepare presentation materials, market research and data for business pitch.

- Assist business heads and senior relationship managers to prepare for various business reports including MI and pipeline reporting.

- Perform data mining and analysis for the business.

- Assist with credit review process (e.g. financial spreadsheet data input) and perform initial credit assessment

- Assist in internal business initiatives as well as department administration as requested by department business manager

- Organize meetings, conference calls and business events including customer events.

- Back up for general administration tasks including filing, photocopying, booking of travel, claims etc while the other assistant is on leave

- Meeting rooms, office administration and new hires administration and office/desk setup

- Support on ad-hoc business projects such as off-site meetings and client events

 

 

Skills required:

- Good Microsoft office skills, especially excel and powerpoint skills

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
