Main Responsibilities:

-Be responsible for EMS supplier supply chain performance

-Supply Chain contact window at China regional level with EMS suppliers to ensure clear =S= product visibility shared to EMS, good demand and supply management between =S= and EMS suppliers; follow up monthly EMS component stock status to ensure good stock structure at EMS site and enough focus from EMS for their component stock optimization. Participate OBR to anitmate Supply Chain part.

-Directly manage EMS supplier issues escalated by plants (UFS) or Product Departments.

-Deploy/Set-up at supplier, SE planning & logistics referential (Logistic T&C, performance measurement referential…)

-Conduct improvements projects with suppliers on critical business issues.

-Pilot breakthrough Supplier logistics performance development projects ( Leading collaborative planning project with China EMS supplier inluding all the flows globally; EMS supply chain operation standarization and optimization between China plants and main EMS suppliers)

-Train / coach suppliers and upstream flow supervisors on improvement tools and skills.

-Conduct Supplier Supply Chain Audits (SAM) upon Commodity request or upon quality action plans from plant request.

-Communicate with other region’s SSCMEs (on a supplier by supplier basis) and with Corporate Purchasing for critical performance issues.
