职位描述：
- Handle monthly payroll and tax filling for over 500 employees, ensure timely deposits and accuracy, accountable for payroll and tax related questions and prepare payroll related reports
- Work with Vendors for social benefits and supplementary group insurance administration and other personnel management and services
- Responsible for on boarding and off boarding
- Responsible for contract management and probation administration
- Maintain and update HRIS systems (Workday and Cityray)
- Responsible for HR filing systems, including local employees’ p files, payroll files and other HR documents
- Act as back up of E leave system management
- Deliver timely and accurate all kinds of HR reports; and prepare PPT for HR or other management meetings
- Provide other HR support as requested

QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor degree, major in human resources management is preferred
- 2 or 3 years HR experience in a multinational company
- Working experience in HR Shared Service Center is preferred
- Good numerical sense and analytical skill
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong sense of confidentiality and high integrity
- Good team player, be able to work under pressure
- Being organized, proactive, result driven and fast learner
- Proficient in MS office (Excellent in Excel and Powerpoint) 举报 分享
