Role& Responsibility:
1. Co-work with US team and provide ground support in local.
2. Cooperate with cross-functional teams and map out the test plan, report & tracking to core-team.
3. Support Amazon CM escalations, lab resource balance, audit and development improvement.
4. 1st failure analysis and reliability test fixtures & tools setup.
5. Qualify manufactured reliability test/FA process throughout China.
6. Incessant develop reliability test methodologies accordingly to different products and delivery high efficiency result.
7. Able to travel extensively in China and internationals.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical & mechanical engineering or other related fields.
2. 3 years of experience as an engineering lead or engineering project manager.
3. Experience with expertise in reliability.
4. Familiars to main-equipment of mechanism, electronics and environmental and measuring instruments such as Keyence, oscilloscopes, a multi-meters etc.
5. Excellent bi-lingual (Chinese & English) written and verbal communication skills required.
6. Good ability in multi-task and handling a large number of tasks at once.
