项目经理
This position will report to the VP of Products. Successful candidates will be experienced in Product Management and will manage all aspects of their product lines including creation of strategic roadmaps, new product development, marketing messaging, price management, product life cycle management, and training of internal and external customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

? Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities to optimize existing products and design new ones, including competitive and customer analysis, researching technological developments, and identifying trends and opportunities in the industry

? Provide leadership and guidance on product priorities and strategic goals, such as roadmaps for product lines and categories

? Collaborate with product design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to execute projects while meeting cost, performance, and scheduling goals

? Work closely with sales and supply chain to provide sales forecast predictions, competitive analysis, and other insights to guide product launch, pricing, and inventory management strategy

? Project management of new product projects, cost reduction projects, and existing product enhancement projects. Manage cross functional teams comprised of engineering, sourcing, design, marketing, QC, and sales personnel.

 Required Skills & Experience:

? 3+ years of experience in product development management and product design; having both creation and management levels of responsibilities

? Understanding of the product creation process, as well as related process tools and technologies

? Proven ability to understand and interpret detailed engineering drawings and associated documents

? Exceptional communication, organizational and analytical skills, including business analysis, forecasting, and competitive analysis, as well as a proven ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight

? Results-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to take charge or play a supporting role

? Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field of study, such as engineering; MBA highly desired

? Lighting industry background is highly desired; LC credential, or other relevant industry certifications or registrations is a plus.

? Project Management Certification (PMP, PMI) is a plus
