职位描述：
工作内容：
？ With guidance of Line Manager, support Category Sourcing Strategy, execute supplier contract negotiation, focus on IFM and G&A services (Cleaning, Catering, Office space planning, admin services etc).
？ Plan and execute local sourcing projects through sourcing methodologies in order to continuously improve total costs, service and quality for indirect materials & services spend in close collaboration with the stakeholders and procurement BPs, maximize t category values and drive innovations of business model.
？ Develop and implement local SRM programs for local suppliers in order to improve continuously supplier performance and partnership with Roche in close collaboration with the stakeholders and procurement business partnering teams.
？ Develop and manage MSA ensuring that all contracts are legally and commercially adequate.
？ Ensure that execution of the projects is in compliance with Roche Procurement Policy, Directive, Guidelines and local Procurement SOPs.
？ Participate and support global sourcing projects and/or global supplier relationship management projects

具体工作：
？ Communicate with stakeholder and procurement BP to understand the customers’ needs, share best practice and market trends, promote preferred suppliers using.
？ Develop category management strategy based on Roche category management methodology, market benchmark and business needs, with support of line manager and business partnering peers in the team.
？ Do something different and drive procurement and supplier innovations.
？ Monitor sourcing project status and supplier performance metrics.

COMPLIANCE &RISK CONTROL
？ Ensure adherence to the Roche Procurement Policy, Directive, Guidelines and local Procurement SOPs.
？ Ensure change management, effective communication and alignment with stakeholders
？ Develop and manage local contracts and ensure that all contracts are legally adequate
SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT ？
？ Manage local key suppliers and establish local consistent collaboration, communication and issue resolution
？ Optimize supplier enablement in the procurement system


要求：
Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus
More than 8 years’ related FM or G&A experience, no limited to procurement, experience in FM firms is a plus
Innovative and Willing to do something different
Good Computer skill (PPT, Excel, Word)
Solid presentation skills
