一、岗位职责
1.向市场经理汇报工作，协助完成市场组的年度工作方向、目标、预算及营销方案的制定
2.完成宏观经济环境、行业状况、竞争力品牌、客户需求研究并转化为研发和销售策略
3.通过产品调研、竞争对手的产品信息收集、产品定位、产品的导入与退出、产品发布、应用培训等方式实现市场的有效分析

二、任职资格
1.本科学历，机械专业或市场营销专业，英语四级，听说熟练
2.二年以上行业分析工作经验或设计经验
3.熟悉工业品行业（起重、化工环保、煤矿机械、轧钢机械、水泥机械、塔机、农林机械等其中之一）的市场调研、信息分析、合同与客户管理等专业知识
4.良好的沟通技巧及团队合作意识，良好的逻辑分析能力及语言文字描述及表达能力
5.熟练使用办公软件及相关专业软件
